You did not become a veterinarian to hit production targets, follow corporate scripts, or feel pressured to recommend care based on someone else’s business model.
At Pine Animal Hospital, the job is medicine. Thoughtful diagnostics. Clear communication. Ethical recommendations. Real case workups. Real mentorship. Real support.
No corporate mandates. No scripts. No pressure to practice medicine someone else’s way.
In-house lab, digital radiography, dental radiography, point-of-care ultrasound, rapid cytology, and integrated medical records.
You are not expected to do everything yourself. Our technicians are trained, involved, and central to patient care.
We work with board-certified surgeons, cardiologists, internists, radiologists, and other specialists when cases need deeper support.
No corporate protocols forcing cookie-cutter medicine. You are trusted to think, diagnose, communicate, and practice.
We support doctors who want to grow — not by throwing them into the deep end, but by helping them become stronger clinicians.
Pine Animal Hospital is independently owned and doctor-led. Decisions are made locally, with patients and doctors in mind.

Meet the Pine Animal Hospital TeamYou don’t need to be actively looking for a new position. Many of the best conversations start with simple curiosity.
A lot of good veterinarians are exhausted right now — not because they don’t care, but because they care deeply and have been practicing in systems that make good medicine harder than it should be.
Pine Animal Hospital was built to be different. Independent. Doctor-led. Medicine-first. A place where veterinarians can think, grow, ask questions, collaborate, and practice with integrity.
If you’re quietly wondering whether veterinary medicine can feel meaningful again, I would be happy to have a confidential conversation.
