Experienced veterinarians and newer graduates are welcome to start a conversation. We'll discuss your clinical experience, support needs, and goals.
Compensation: Guaranteed base with monthly production compensation calculated at 23%. Expected total annual compensation is $150,000–$200,000, depending on experience, schedule, caseload, and production.
Professional support: Paid continuing education, professional liability insurance, California licensing and professional dues, paid time off, and employee pet-care benefits. Relocation or temporary housing assistance when appropriate.
Thoughtful diagnostics, clear communication, and ethical recommendations guide our approach to patient care.
Work with involved technicians and a doctor-led team, with specialist relationships when a case needs additional expertise.
